Club Q & O is a membership that allows you to earn points, redeem rewards, receive member exclusive gifts and promotions. Signing up is free.

You can join Club Q & O through either of these following methods.

  • You will be enrolled as a member after you created an account on Quinn and Oliver website.

  • An email will be sent to you inviting you to join as a member after you made a purchase from Quinn and Oliver website.

  • Click on the Star Widget on the bottom right corner of the website.

  • Create an account, verify your password and then login.

  • You will be logged into your membership account.

Click on the Star Widget on the website and proceed to login. The login credential will be your email address and password.

There are several ways to earn points.

  • Welcome Points:

You will immediately earn 5 points as Welcome Points when you sign up as a Club Q & O member.

  • Rewards Points:

You will earn points as you spend.

    – $10 spent = 5 points

    – 50 points accumulated = $5 Discount Voucher

  • Referral Points: 

You will earn points you refer your friend or family member to register as Club Q & O member.

    – Referee (you): earn 5 points (Referral Points)

    – Referral (friend/family): earn 5 points (Welcome Points)

Yes, the points are applicable across international borders when you sign up as a Club Q & O member. Redemption of rewards will be based on Singapore currency

You need to be logged in to view your points from the Quinn and Oliver membership profile.

After your online purchase is completed, your points will instantaneously be reflected in your member profile. If you still notice any discrepancies in your points, please send us a message at enquiry@quinnandoliver.com and we will contact you within 3 business days.

Rewards are available for redemption online during checkout along with any purchase (except single refill sachet purchase). A single discount voucher can only be used for a single purchase and cannot be accumulated with other discount vouchers.

    1. After you have logged in, you can view the available reward list on the Star Widget and proceed to redeem it (you will see a unique discount code).

    2. Add your shopping items into your shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to Cart’.

    3. When you are ready to make the purchase, click on “View Bag’ and enter your unique discount voucher code in the ‘Coupon code’ section before final checkout.

There are several rewards to be enjoyed in the form of discount vouchers. The discount voucher will be sent via email and valid for all purchases (except for $12 refill sachet)

  • Welcome Voucher:

You will receive a $5 Welcome Voucher for your first purchase when you sign-up as a Club Q & O member.

  • Discount Voucher:

Accumulate points with every purchase to redeem discount vouchers.

    – $10 spent = 5 points

    – 50 points accumulated = $5 Discount Voucher

  • Referral Voucher:

You will receive a $5 Referral Voucher.

    – Discount voucher to be earned when your friend/family member whom you referred to join Club Q & O makes a first purchase with Quinn and Oliver

  • Birthday Voucher:

You will receive a $5 Birthday Voucher during your birthday month.

All points issued have a validity period of 6 months. So be sure to redeem your rewards before they expire!

Yes. We will be sorry to see you go but if you have made up your mind, please contact using the email address you have registered with us. Do take note that when your account is deleted:

  • We will no longer retain any records relating to you, including support ticket history and details of all your interactions with us.

  • Your points earned for the account will be forfeited.

  • You will no longer be able to view your previous orders/purchase history.

  • You will no longer be able to participate in member exclusive sales.

  • You will no longer receive e-mails for promotions and other member-only communications from Quinn and Oliver. However, note that certain requests and transactions (e.g. new orders, user-initiated submissions through our contact us portal) may still trigger limited e-mail communications from Quinn and Oliver.  

Rewards are strictly not to be returned or exchanged for points, cash, another reward, gift cards, or gift certificates.
